Nr 4. The legal market has failed its buyers

  1. There is a great imbalance of power of legal services. Sellers (lawyers) have had all the legal knowledge and the quality of the service delivered. Sellers had all the power.
  2. There was a legal service ‘monopoly’. There is one offer and that is ’the law’ and lawyers long time were the sole owners/sellers of the service.
  3. Legal solutions are priced to serve the interest of the sellers (lawyers).
